3. Settlement and Release re: Teresa Krellner
   Motions:
   

   I recommend that the School Board approve the Settlement & Release in the matter of Teresa Krellner v. Palm Beach County School District, a copy of which is attached hereto, and authorize the execution of all related documents.	-	PASS
   Minutes: Teresa Krellner was employed by the School District of Palm Beach County as a Part-time Girls Basketball Coach Teresa Krellner filed a lawsuit in Circuit Court, alleging she was terminated as a Coach because of her gender. The claims have been settled and the parties acknowledge this is the entire agreement and there are no other representations other than what is contained in the Settlement Agreement. Authority to settle all claims was granted by the Board at a prior attorney-client session. Settlement is in the amount of $55,000.00. This Settlement is in the best interest of the District. The attached Settlement Agreement is subject to School Board approval.
